Previously reviewed SkiniTunes is an addon for iTunes that adds skins to the mini iTunes player. Besides just skinning the mini player with themes, the SkiniTunes app also adds album artwork to the mini iTunes player. See the nice reviews they’ve got in their blog. There are two versions of the app – free and pro.
While the free version does the obvious stuff like skinning iTunes and adding artwork to the miniplayer, the pro version goes a little ahead and adds fancy Window effects, adjustable transparency, ability to download lyrics, a sleep timer among other things. The pro versioon costs $5.

Create Universal Keyboard Shortcuts for iTunes
If you’re a power user and use iTunes at least occasionally, you might find the lack of universal keyboard shortcuts in iTunes a big annoyance. You just can’t control iTunes from other applications using keyboard shortcuts.
iTunesKeys comes to the rescue though, and lets you create custom universal keyboard shortcuts to control iTunes playback. The app also displays song info including artwork near the system tray every time a new song is played, just like Winamp does.
How to Automatically Update Your iTunes Library?
iTunes is a good media player, but it misses those little features that you might really need.
