Version History for MS Word 2007 Documents

with 2 comments

AutoHistory is a very useful tool for users of Microsoft Word 2007. Autohistory creates a backup of your doc files everytime you save them, so that you can restore to previous versions of a document quickly at any time.

All you need to do is download the app from here. When you’re on MS Word 2007, just go to the ‘View’ tab, click ‘Settings’ under the ‘Auto History’ area. A dialog will display previous versions of the document. Click on ‘Recover Selected File’ to restore the version that you selected.
