Change File Attributes With Attribute Changer

Attribute Changer is a 1 MB utility for Windows that allows you to change the attributes of files or folders from Windows Explorer’s context menu. After you install the utility, a ‘Change Attributes’ option appears when you right click on a file.

Click on that, and a dialog similar to the one below opens:

You can use it to change the file’s attributes. You can change the date on which the file was created, modified or accessed. Download Attribute Changer from here.
