Login to Multiple Web Accounts Simultaneously Using IE 8
Internet Explorer 8 has a new feature using which you can login and use multiple web accounts at the same time. You needn’t necessarily logout from one account to use the other.
How to login to multiple email accounts with Internet Explorer 8?
First, open Internet Explorer 8 and login to one of your email accounts. In the screenshot below, you can see that I’ve logged in to my primary Gmail account.
You need to open a ‘New Session’ in IE 8 to login to another email account at the same time. Go to File > New Session in the menu bar.
A new IE window should pop up. You can login to another account of your choice in this window. For instance, I logged into another Gmail account of mine. You can see the screenshot below for reference.
That’s it. This is how the new session manager improvements in IE 8 come in handy to manage multiple email accounts. You can get the same functionality in Firefox with the help of a Firefox addon.
