i did it, and now everything i have plugged in doesnt work anymore. no mouse no keyboard no nothing. now i have to figure out a way to fix this.

You can just use F8 at boot time and select the option for temporary disable

Here’s how to undo this, if it doesn’t work for you:

bcdedit.exe -deletevalue loadoptions
bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING off
