Recap: What You Might Have Missed

with one comment

Half way through May, here is a list of some of our most recent articles that you might want to check out:

What is groovemonitor.exe? – Complete analysis of GrooveMonitor.exe Process

Add realtime search options permanently to Google Search or make the search options permanently visible.

Here’s how you can download and install Google Chrome extensions. Have you checked out the Pagerank addon, btw?

Other must-check downloads include Gmail Keeper that backs up your Gmail messages and FreeFixer that can remove potential spyware. You should also check out this ID3 remover app if you hate ID3 tags for any reason. Talking about MP3s, if you’ve got an iPod, use Touch Copy to transfer iPod music to your PC.

And then there’s the Dummy File Generator to check out if you’re bored. Install the Windows 7 Transformation Pack for KDE if you have some more time to kill.

Windows 7 How Tos that are gradually being sought after include articles on how to resize partitions in Windows 7 and enabling remote desktop in Windows 7. Did I mention disabling driver signing in Windows 7 or installing unsigned drivers after using the Group Policy editor? One other very useful thing about Windows 7 is that you can burn iso disc images using the inbuilt feature. You don’t need third party CD burning software. One of the first things I did after installing Windows 7 is that I made the taskbar smaller. I reverted it later, though.

Plus, here’s how you can delete your Plenty Of Fish account that you made in your teen years ;)
