Crossloop is pretty cool, but I find Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) to work much faster, plus it's alot easier to use since nobody has to install anything. They just added a file transfer, so it got that much better. For a fraction of the price of LogMeIn or Webex, it's a steal!

Dear Shankar,

May I suggest TeamViewer (www.teamviewer.com) for the remote control of other machines as well?

Easy usability, plenty of features like session recording, VPN, remote reboot, Mac OS compatibility, file transfer and many more make it to one of the most comprehensive FREE remote support tools.

Just today we have reached another landmark of 15 million users and have also implemented a whiteboard functionality, which enables drawing on the screen.

Here´s the download link: http://www.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe

Please give it a try, I´m sure you´ll like it. If any questions remain please let me know.
