How to replace protected system .DLL files in Windows?
Replacing protected .DLL files in Windows isn’t easy. There’s an annoying system protection dialog that pops up when you try to try to replace a DLL file and sometimes, you won’t be able to overwrite a .DLL file at all.
Replacer is just a 12 KB utility that can be used to replace protected .DLL files in your Windows system. Download it run the replace.cmd program.
Drag and drop the DLL file that has to be replaced into the command line window and press Enter. Then, drag and drop the new DLL file that has to replace the former one. Press ‘Y’ for confirmation and hit Enter.

The locked DLL file is now replaced instantly. However, you need to reboot to see any changes. The Replacer utility can be downloaded from here.

I just have my SFC disabled. I dont find any use for SFC and it just annoys me. Not only that I installed it in my customised windows xp installation and that actually makes the installation a bit faster.
