		<description>What many do not know is the Macintosh OSX has this feature built into it as part of the OS.  Under Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility  you can select a drive, then the Erase Tab and in the lower left Erase Free Space.  You can also choose the level of erasing you want.  The highest (35-pass) will obviously take a while, but even the 7-pass is so thorough that the CIA couldn&#039;t recover the data.  

Just one more reason why Macs cost more to buy but are actually cheaper to own.</description>
