Digsbies.org has got dozens of skins, conversation themes and emoticons sets for Digsby that you can choose from. It’s a user-created community site. Don’t forget to check it out.
How to install the downloaded Digsby Themes, you ask? Just unzip the file you downloaded and put it in C:\Program Files\Digsby\res\Skins and activate the theme from Tools > Preferences > Skins.

I tried Digsby few times, but had issues with Gtalk on Vista, but these are cool looking themes, will try again. Stumbled.

Well, I already had the Leopard skin from Digsbies, so the only new theme I got after revisiting Digsbies is iPhone theme (which is not as good, IMHO).

The skins are really nice. Digsby imo, should work on their update systems. Sometimes it just broke and i have to reinstall the whole app all over again.
